Payment of deposit does not guarantee availability. All availability will be confirmed by a coordinator. If your desired date and time is not available, you will be refunded. Otherwise, all sales are final.
After the wedding date and time has been confirmed with a coordinator, they will send you a wedding confirmation agreement via email.
All wedding packages with a balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Any weddings booked within 2 weeks of the scheduled date must be paid in full unless special arrangements are made with the wedding coordinators.
